Uso autorizzato B2B QA Testing (Authorized Use & Synthetic/Consented Data Only): The SCUDO API is provided exclusively for authorized B2B QA regression testing and diagnostic telemetry verification on your own systems or environments with explicit written authorization. You must submit only synthetic test fixtures or consented telemetry data (dati sintetici o consensuali). Any anti-bot bypass, CAPTCHA circumvention (aggiramento anti-bot), or unlawful data collection / unauthorized scraping (raccolta illecita di dati) is strictly prohibited. Telemetry scores and audit reports are diagnostic QA indicators and do not represent an absolute or unconditional guarantee of security (no misleading or absolute claims).

Five Canonical Plans, Limits, Trial, Pricing & Renewal

• FREE (SANDBOX / Demo): €0/$0 — Local/sandbox evaluation tier on /sandbox/v1/* endpoints (10 / 50 / 100 sandbox calls), simulated API keys, no payment taken, no paid renewal.
• TRIAL (Free Trial): €0/$0 — 25 audits over 14 days (25 audit per 14 giorni, 1 trial per company domain or IP address, instant API key; expires automatically after 14 days or 25 audits with no automatic charge or renewal).
• STARTER: €299/$299 per month — Production quota up to 1,000 (1000 / 2,500 / 5,000) monthly audits, JSON forensic reports, billed monthly with automatic monthly renewal (rinnovo mensile automatico) unless cancelled before the next billing cycle (disdetta prima del rinnovo).
• GROWTH: €899/$899 per month — Production quota up to 10,000 (10000 / 25,000) monthly audits, signed HTML & JSON certificates, A/B session comparison, white-label dossier & CI/CD Gate, with automatic monthly renewal unless cancelled prior to the next billing period.
• ENTERPRISE: €2,499/$2,499 per month (2499 or Custom B2B contract) — High-volume production quota up to 100,000+ (50,000 / 100000 / custom SLA) monthly audits, dedicated B2B proforma invoicing and contract renewal terms.

Sandbox vs. Production Endpoints & Gateway Review Notice: Production endpoints (/v1/challenge, /v1/audit, /v1/invoices) consume your active Trial or Paid plan quota. Simulated sandbox keys issued in the Client Area operate against /sandbox/v1/* with no real billing. Live paid checkout via third-party payment gateways / Merchants of Record (Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Stripe US) is subject to provider compliance review and underwriting approval (soggetto a revisione del gateway; merchant approval is never pre-claimed as unconditionally guaranteed).
